Now, if you have synced the pictures folders in your pc with onedrive, it will automatically be saved in cloud on onedrive.live.com. The process is pretty simple; set up your screen so that the window that you want to screenshot is the active one. Tap Alt+PrintScreen. Step 1 – just right click on onedrive icon in the taskbar (extreme left) and click on settings.
Step 2 -Once you click on settings. click on second tab Auto Save. In this tab area, just check the box saying auto save screenshots I capture to onedrive.
Now whenever you Press Printscreen for taking screenshot for whole window, or Alt+ Printscreen for current window, The screenshots will get automatically saved to your onedrive folder and will be synced to onedrive.live.com if synced. The Location of the screenshot in your PC is -:

You can also access onedrive via file explorer in the right menu, or browsing to dektop or clicking the onedrive icon in the taskbar.

Now, go to https://onedrive.live.com and you will see that your screenshots are there in addition to your pc.
Note: – Make sure that folders are synced with onedrive live account. To check which folders are currently synced, just click the third tab (Choose folders) in the settings window of one drive.

Now that you have Paint open go to File and open a new paint window. What you have to do now is save this by going to File, then Save As and save the file on your computer. When you are saving the file, save it with a name you will recognise and as a common file type for images such as BMP, JPEG, GIF etc…
